Plate Locate would like to extend our deepest thoughts and prayers to all customers, clients, and agents and their families that have been affected by Hurricane Harvey. As a community it is important to pull together in this time and work together to be safe. Please be aware that Plate Locate is very sensitive to what is happening in the south Texas region and will continue to work alongside everyone in our community as Houston is our home too. Our owner and CEO Mr. Gonske has been working closely with our local law enforcement with search and rescues. We will be monitoring all areas that are affected and ceasing operations in those areas to ensure the safety and wellbeing of our Agents, Clients and Customers. Expanding in key markets to ensure a bigger presence. Plate Locate added more systems in New York and New Jersey in the last few months. From 1 city with only 1 camera system to 20+ States with over 120. We will be deploying 5-10 additional camera systems per month with a goal to double our system count over the next 12 months reaching 20-30 million scans per month. Next stop... The "Sunshine State".
All Plate Locate nationwide vetted agents will receive a questionnaires to assist in the vendor management process and collection of required documentation. This process includes collecting insurance certificates, lot inspections, business licenses, repossession licenses, W-9’s, and more. Communication will be key to ensure we have all valid information on file for every organization.
In an effort to support one of our major clients and ensure that our network of agents are the most compliant, everyone will be current with their C.A.R.S./ RISC compliance training before 08/31/2017. Many agents in the past have earned their C.A.R.S. certification with no expiration date, and it was valid indefinitely. Recently RISC has required that all agents renew their certification annually. This is a requirement across the industry to continue servicing for Santander Consumer and Chrysler Capital accounts. Please don’t wait to complete this training and let’s ensure that we all make compliance our focus.
